Currently, we are looking for an Associate Pastor. It is possible that in the future this person would become the Senior Pastor.
ASSOCIATE PASTOR JOB DESCRIPTION
Strategic Planning: To work alongside the senior pastor to define and implement a strategic plan that includes growth, discipleship, and multiplication of children’s and youth ministries.
Administration: To work together with the senior pastor and church board on such things as budgeting, financial planning, and personnel management.
Preaching and Teaching: The Associate Pastor will, at times speak on Sunday for the worship service, ensuring the church is well taught in a manner that demonstrates secure biblical exegesis and balanced doctrinal views.
Pastoral Care: Provide spiritual care to the congregation, including visiting the sick, counseling, and offering support during times of crisis.
Leadership Development: Develop church leaders, ensuring they are equipped to lead teams effectively.
