Lighthouse Christian Church in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking applicants for 2 full-time pastoral positions:
- Assistant Pastor with Youth Ministry Focus
- Assistant Pastor with Children’s Ministry Focus
Major responsibilities include: providing oversight of department, volunteer coordination and training, working with leaders, volunteers, and parents, and supporting the overall church vision.
Desired qualities include: a calling and gifting for ministry, shepherd’s heart, teachable spirit, ability to team-build, creativity, and an approachable, personable manner with people and students.
We desire to engage children and youth by providing opportunities for them to get involved and grow, in a safe and fun place, and experience the love of Christ. We are intentional about engaging parents as faith trainers and working together in the discipleship of kids and youth.
